Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron Pierre Cotton is one of our favorite producers in all of Beaujolais. This organic, semi-carbonically macerated Régnié is tart and fruit-forward, marked by flavors of cherries, crushed strawberries, and earth spice. We recommend chugging this (chilled) bottle alongside pizza, pasta, or burgers on the grill.
