The Bea family roots in Umbria run deep, dating back to the early 16th century. Today, Paolo Bea is assisted by his two sons, Giuseppe and Giampiero, who help cultivate the property’s 15 hectares of vines, olives, and vegetables. Vineyards are farmed organically and wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered. ‘Pipparello’ is a rich and silky red blend comprised of Sangiovese, Sagrantino, and Montepulciano. Fruit is farmed organically, without any herbicides or pesticides. The final wine shows unctuous notes of red berries, cherries, chocolate, and leather. Perfect with Sunday Supper!
