Deemed as the Rheinhessen’s best producer, Klaus-Peter Keller took over the family estate in 2001, focusing on single-vineyard, old vine Rieslings. Dubbed the ‘Montrachets of Germany,’ wines are known for their complexity & texture. ‘Limestone’ Kabinett is gorgeously balanced, with fermentation halted around 40g. The wine’s medium-bodied palate oozes with notes of peach, citrus, & minerals, giving way to a bright finish. Pair with spicy cuisines!
