Founded in 2011 by Nancy Kerschen and Julien Cecillon, an American and native Rhone duo, Cave Julien Cecillon seeks to produce sophisticated, terroir-reflective wines, using a combination of “modern techniques and Old World traditions.” Fruit for ‘Les Graviers’ is sourced from three different vineyard sites, 100% destemmed, and aged mostly in used oak, giving way to a fresh wine full of crunchy dark fruit, pepper, and earth spice flavors.
