Founded in 1989 by Laurent Vallé, Grange des Peres has achieved an impressive cult status in the heart of the Languedoc. Vallé formerly trained under Jean-Francois Coche-Dury and Gérard Chave, both of whom instilled a sense of humble excellence in Laurent. His Rouge is a Syrah and Mourvedre dominant blend meshed with Cab and Counoise. Fruit is vinfiied separately then aged in large barrels prior to blending. Rustic, fruit-forward, & powerful!
