This old vine Syrah is produced at the hands of one of our favorite Northern Rhone-based winemakers, Lionel Faury. Fruit for this cuvée is 70 to 80% destemmed and aged for 15 months in oak. The wine is classic Saint-Jo: meaty, dark-fruited, and muscular, marked by flavors of pepper and black olives. Pair with all of your favorite grilled meats, veggies, and burgers.
