This unique red blend is produced using three different winemaking techniques: carbonic maceration, saignée, and direct press. Crunchy notes of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry dominate this thirst-quenching wine. Elian Da Ros is one of the region’s most exciting winemakers (he spent his formative winemaking years learning under Alsace’s Zind-Humbrecht).
