Jean-Marc Roulot is one of Meursault’s most renowned vignerons. Known for his mastery of ‘lieu-dit’ farming, Domaine Roulot has become regarded as one of the finest producers in the entire Cote de Beaune. The winery was founded in 1930, and since its creation, has cultivated rich and precise wines that reflect the place from which they come. The 2016 ‘Clos des Boucheres’ is sophisticated and elegant, marked by notes of citrus, sea salt, baked nuts, and juicy yellow fruit.
