This duo of self-proclaimed ‘Garnachistas’ focuses on single-vineyard Grenache from rugged mountain top vineyards across Sierra de Gredos. Fruit for ‘La Bruja de Rozas’ comes from granite-dominant vineyard sites and leads to highly aromatic and textured wines. Post hand-harvesting, fruit is spontaneously fermented and aged in oak. The wine oozes with complex and tantilizing flavors of black fruit, red flower petals, cracked black pepper, and wet earth. This is hands-down one of Spain’s best producers!
