This organic single-vineyard Albarino comes from 30 to 90-year-old vines rooted in the seaside village of Cambados. Saline-driven, lush, and stone fruit-driven, this amphora-aged wine spends nine months on its lees before bottling (executed on a ‘fruit day’ in conjunction with the biodynamic calendar).
