Enrolling in oenology school at the young age of 16, Laura Lorenzo-DaTerra has become one of the most revolutionary winemakers in all of Galicia, focusing on indigenous varieties, organic farming, & hands-off vinification in the cellar. ‘Portela do Vento’ is an easy-drinking Mencia and Garnacha Tintorera blend, 20% whole-cluster fermented in steel and aged in French barrels.
