This racy and aromatic Barbaresco is produced from organic fruit and is vinified in large wooden casks with indigenous yeasts, followed by 4-5 years of elevage in neutral botti. The wine’s traditional profile oozes with firm and full-bodied flavors of sweet cherries, wild berries, crushed flower petals, and licorice. Drink now through 2035.
