This varietal Castelao is fermented 100% whole cluster, stomped by foot, and produced at the hands of one of Portugal’s best winemakers. After 17 months of aging in French oak, the wine is bottled and ready for release. Fruit-forward and textured, the wine shows flavors of bright cherries, raspberries, wet dirt, and cocoa.
