Ronco del Gnemiz was established in the 1960s by the Palazzolo family, situated on the top of the hill of Rosazzo in Friuli. Clay and limestone-rich soils allow fruit to optimally ripen, while Adriatic breezes and mountain influence from the Alps keeps acidity high. ‘Salici’ is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, showing a gorgeous golden hue in the glass. Flavors of yellow stone fruit, apple, and herbs dominate; savory, round, and deliciously fresh.
