Yves Canarelli took over his family’s estate in 1993 and has since pioneered the revival of indigenous Corsican grape varieties across the island’s oldest appellation, Figari. All fruit at the estate is grown organically and biodynamically. ‘Amphora’ Rouge is 100% destemmed and vinified in amphora, leading to a fresh and textured wine full of red berry, fresh herb, and wet stone flavors.
