Amigos Del Tiempo is situated in the village of Navarrevisca, a tiny place in the Gredos mountains of Spain. These are micro cuvées from a rugged site, a project under the direction of Raul Perez. We consider this man one of the most compelling makers of wine in Spain today, and getting to experience his perspective in the glass is a true treat. There are only a few hundred bottles of El Morisco, which is made by hand in all ways. We love the wild berry notes, balanced with delicate herbal qualities. We're pouring it with grilled pork tenderloin, veggie-rich stews, and barbequed salmon.
